- State page references for all 10 Main Contents for verification.
- Upload list of all smart city initiatives implemented to date by component.
- State the page number of each initiative in the Action Plan with a brief profile and on-site photos.
- Include outcome analysis and Return on Investment (ROI) for each initiative.
Active Unit/Committee with Expert Staff in Smart City Domain
Active committee and unit with qualified expert staff contributing to the smart city domain at national and international levels.
- Upload Organisation Chart, Function Chart & Establishment Minutes. (1%)
- Upload at least two (2) meeting minutes of the Smart City Committee. (1%)
- List briefings, collaborations and presentations (domestic/international). (1%)

- All data must receive official validation from the data provider.
- Complete documentation including activity photos, user manuals, and application URLs.
- Include area implementation maps with accurate location coordinates.
- Ensure all provided URLs are active and accessible by the assessor.
