Jabatan Pendidikan Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (JPWPP) oversees the provision of internet-connected digital learning devices across all 27 government-aided (Sekolah Bantuan Kerajaan) KPM schools in Putrajaya, encompassing 16 primary schools (Sekolah Rendah) and 11 secondary schools (Sekolah Menengah). These devices — which include desktop computers in computer labs, laptops, tablets, smartboards, and internet-enabled learning peripherals — form the foundational digital infrastructure for teaching and learning (Pengajaran & Pembelajaran, PDP) in Putrajaya’s school system.
As at 2025, Putrajaya recorded 2,969 PDP devices with internet access serving a total school population of 40,627 pupils — yielding an IND-12 score of 7.4%.

- Achieve 100% of secondary schools meeting the 1:1 device-to-pupil ratio (currently 63.64%).
- Ensure 100% of primary schools maintain the 1:10 device-to-pupil ratio achievement (currently 93.75%).
- Grow personal device ownership beyond 38.56% through targeted digital access programmes.
