The primary global reference framework guiding the PSCB. Establishes commitments for sustainable, resilient, and inclusive urban development. PSCB directly operationalises NUA principles at local authority level across all 7 domains.

The official measurement framework for the Malaysia Smart City Rating Programme. The PSCB maps each initiative to the relevant MS ISO 37122 indicator, providing a verifiable audit trail across all 85 indicators of the Malaysia National Annex (2023).
