If you choose to register and transact using our portal, or send an e-mail which provides personally identifiable data, this data may be shared where necessary with other Government agencies so as to serve you in the most efficient and effective manner. An example might be in terms of resolving or addressing complaints that require escalation to other agencies.

As part of our commitment to the Malaysia Smart City Framework (MSCF) and MS ISO 37122 indicators, anonymised usage data and telemetry from smart city platforms may be analyzed to optimize municipal services, urban planning, and digital infrastructure operations. Such data is strictly aggregated and contains no personally identifiable markers.
