The Waze Connected Citizens Program (CCP) is a strategic public-private data exchange that enhances Putrajaya’s traffic orchestration capabilities. By synthesizing crowdsourced mobility data with municipal road closure and construction schedules, Perbadanan Putrajaya gains unprecedented, real-time macro-visibility over the city’s traffic grid. This bidirectional intelligence allows the Putrajaya Command Centre to dynamically mitigate congestion and deploy rapid response units to incident hotspots.
