Overview
The E-Tempahan Dewan is a comprehensive online booking and rental management system developed by Perbadanan Putrajaya. This digital platform simplifies the process for citizens, businesses, and government agencies to reserve and rent multi-purpose halls and event spaces managed by the city administration.
Through the unified portal (accessible via spt.ppj.gov.my/hall), users can check real-time availability, submit booking requests, and process rental payments securely without needing to visit physical counters.
The system covers an extensive list of premier and community venues across Putrajaya, including:
- Kompleks Perbadanan Putrajaya, Presint 3: Dewan Melati (1/2/3), Dewan Seri Melati, Dewan Siantan (1/2), Dewan Seri Siantan, Bilik Bunga Raya (VVIP, 1, 2), Ruang Legar Dewan Persidangan, Auditorium Tun Azizan Zainul Abidin (including its Ruang Legar), and Panggung Eksperimen Mawar (1/2, Sari).
- Bangunan Chancery, Presint 15: Dewan Seri Seroja.
- Neighborhood Complexes (Kompleks Kejiranan): Multi-purpose halls located in Presint 8, Presint 9, Presint 16, and Dewan Persada Sari in Presint 11.
The implementation of the E-Tempahan Dewan aligns with Putrajaya’s Smart Government domain, continuously advancing the digitization of municipal services to enhance public convenience and operational efficiency.
