The E-Sewa portal is a dedicated digital platform developed by Perbadanan Putrajaya to streamline public housing management. Tailored specifically for the tenants of the Pangsapuri Putra Damai quarters, the system modernizes the way residents manage their monthly rental obligations, eliminating the need for physical counter visits and manual paperwork.
Through the E-Sewa portal (accessible via esewaan.ppj.gov.my), tenants can securely log in to check their current rental status, view outstanding balances, and access historical payment statements.
To ensure seamless and secure financial transactions, the platform is fully integrated with Perbadanan Putrajaya’s FPX payment gateway. This allows tenants to pay their monthly rental fees instantly using their preferred online banking provider. The implementation of E-Sewa represents a significant step in Putrajaya’s ongoing commitment to digitizing municipal services, promoting a cashless society, and improving the overall convenience and quality of life for its residents.
