Overview
One Payment Ecosystem, All of Putrajaya’s Public Transport
Putrajaya achieves full compliance (100%) with MS ISO 37122:2019 Indicator 40 — all 5 urban public transport services operating within the city are linked to a unified cashless payment system, anchored by the Touch ‘n Go ecosystem and interoperable across multiple payment instruments. This multi-modal payment integration removes friction from transit transitions, supports financial inclusion through concession cards, and positions Putrajaya as a fully cashless mobility corridor.
