Petunjuk ini menilai pemodenan infrastruktur pencahayaan bandar melalui Smart Street Light System. Diselia oleh Perbadanan Putrajaya, program baik pulih berterusan ini menyasarkan kecekapan tenaga yang lebih baik dan pengurangan penyelenggaraan operasi.

Indicator 7 = A / B X 100 A. Numerator : Sila nyatakan bilangan beserta lokasi lampu jalan yang dibaik pulih dan baharu dipasang sehingga tahun penilaian. (muatnaik dokumen senarai, pelan lokasi, koordinat, dan gambar ) B. Denominator : Sila nyatakan jumlah dan lokasi lampu jalan dalam kawasan PBT sehingga tahun penilaian. (muatnaik dokumen)
