E-Government is the application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) to government functions and procedures with the purpose of increasing efficiency, transparency, and citizen participation. E-Government services allows for higher levels of effectiveness and efficiency in governmental tasks, improvement of processes and procedures, increases the quality of public services, also improves the use of information in the decision-making processes, and allows for better communication among different governmental offices.

E-license was developed to manage commercial licenses online to facilitate the application process, renewal, and monitoring of business licenses in Putrajaya.

Perbadanan Putrajaya provides various facilities and spaces for public use. Sports facilities, halls, and so on are available to be booked through the online venue booking system.

The online registration system such as e-penyertaan is a medium that is provided to engage citizens in policy-making, decision-making, and design services through the use of information and communication technologies.
